Beer description
A Belgian Tripel-style, high-alcohol blonde with the addition of a light dose of Achillea Millefoglie: an alpine herb, commonly used in infusions and bitters, which gives this beer its name. Soft, warm, with slight aromatic, balsamic and peppery notes given by the yarrow and enhanced by the yeast of Belgian origin. The finish is dry and drinkable, despite the good alcohol content.
