Espiga - Triumph Zappa

Triumph and Zappa is the third beer of the DUAL HOPS collection that we will brew next year. The protagonists are Zappa and Triumph hops. The Zappa is a hop of Mexican origin and the Triumph is a new hop from the United States. Triumph stands out for its herbal and spicy notes characteristic of noble hops but also for its citrus notes such as tangerine, lime and lemon. The Zappa also has notes of tropical fruits and mint that make a perfect combination to enjoy a very fresh mouthfeel. Malts:Ordi malt, blond malt, civada malt, civada flocs and ordi flocs. Hops: Triumph, Zappa. Triple Dryhopping: Triumph, Zappa.
