Beer description

In honor of this ecological paradise, Pantanal is a handmade draft beer in the Sour style, the traditional sour beer that fell in the public's taste for its refreshing characteristics with fruity aromas and flavors. Pitanga was the fruit chosen in this recipe, providing the right bitterness for this experience. With a recipe from Trópica brewer, Maria Abreu Barbosa, the beer undergoes an acidification process controlled by lactobacilli and after maturing, the beer receives pulp from the pitanga.
