Yonder - Trunk of Funk 2019

Trunk of Funk is an annual celebration of the seasons. Each autumn we brew a strong, dark ale on to foraged fruits and age in red wine barrels, where our house cultures work their sour magic. 12 months later we blend back on to the new seasons foraged fruit. Then we bottle, condition and share that funk with the world.
