Trunk - Nothelfer Pils

A classic, mild Franconian PILS. Brilliantly fine and straw yellow, it arouses the interest of the guest. A firm, fine- to medium-pored, white foam entices the first acquaintance. On the nose, it smells of freshly mown grass and hay, but also of malt and grain. Tangy and fresh in the mouth, the pilsner eventually reveals a light citrus aroma framed by malt notes, forest honey, hay and straw. A distinct, long-lasting bitterness follows in the finish.
