Trunk - Nothelfer Silberbock

The red-gold SILBERBOCK with its fine, white foam appears almost somewhat inconspicuous. This changes as soon as the first aromas reach the nose. In addition to roasted aromas, the bock exudes an intense aroma of freshly grated sweet apple. This almost biblical temptation is gladly met and the first sip is taken. Honey and citrus unfold powerfully, as well as alcoholic notes reminiscent of fully ripe strawberries. In the finish, a subtle bitterness quickly gives way to a nutty reverberation that lingers for a long time, until the next sip.
