Beer description

The BIO-WEISSE is a sunny yellow color with a distinct yeast cloudiness and shines under the off-white, firm, fine- to medium-pored foam. The beer exudes a scent of honeydew melon, green banana and cider pear, gently underpinned by cereal notes. The very first sip conveys freshness and a wonderfully smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Flavors of fruity, fully ripe banana and, on the finish, intense clove and anise unfold in the mouth and awaken the anticipation of the next sip of this balanced wheat.

Im Glas trüb mit viel Schnee. In der Nase leicht fruchtig, Banane und so. Im Geschmack eher mild hefig mit einigen Fruchtaromen.
