Like a ‘nurturing mother’, this year's festival beer takes care of you – strong, full-bodied yet gentle. This ambivalent beer is both a thirst-quencher and a pleasure beer, highly drinkable despite its higher alcohol content. The soft malt body plays with a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of honey and cookie dough. This is complemented by a subtle fruitiness from the Nelson Sauvin aroma hops. The bitterness is kept slightly lower, as is typical for this style, leaving plenty of room for the exciting malty aromas. Let Mum take care of it!
