Beer description
Petros - Czech Style Pilsner - made of four types of German malt, and two varieties of hops - Magnum for bitterness, and Mandarina Bavaria for the late additions. The beer is golden in color with good clarity and perfect head retention. Aroma is clean and a bit fruity due to Mandarina Bavaria hops. Light bodied and dry, well-attenuated lager with good balance of maltiness and bitterness
