All the more reason for us to try them out for a beer, especially as the Charles Faram hop cooperative had just approached us about working with them. And that's how we ended up with Admiral as a bittering agent, Jester and Mystic as aromatics, and Olicana as a Dry Hop to accompany a rich malt base with hints of toffee and bread crust. In short, the perfidious Albion has sent us some good stuff!
