Beer description

A yeast-cloudy wheat beer that the Franks like to drink. The in-house “Sapienza Meisterhefe” as well as wheat malts from the wheat variety “Bagou” and light barley malts give this beer its yeast-aromatic character: tinglingly lemony in the taste, with a full-bodied banana and kiwi note, long-lasting fresh and tangy in the finish.

Bananiger Geruch, gemischtporiger Schaum. Geschmacklich vollmundig, könnte aber etwas mehr Kohlensäure vertragen
