Tuju x Lehmus roastery presents again; this imperial stout is made from buns collected at the end of the day from baking stations in the shop, thus reducing the waste of bottles. The sweet and bready imperial stout is topped with cardamom and cinnamon. Lehmus roastery has roasted coffee beans in a cognac barrel for this one, which adds its own interesting twist to the final result.
