Beer description
This beer is inspired by trippel. The color is a pale golden with an abundant and persistent foam. The malt and aromatic notes emerge on the nose, reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit and in particular apricot. In the mouth the malts are well balanced by the continental hops used, of which the bitter note in the final aftertaste mostly emerges. The esters that emerge are reminiscent of vinous notes and are produced mainly by fermentation with yeasts and partly by hops used in late hopping. The approximately 8 alcoholic degrees are well hidden and the finish is pleasantly dry.
