Beer description
This beer is suitable for drinkers who are ready to deal with complexity.
It could be defined as a generously hopped trippel of about 7% alcohol, with a color between golden and amber. Its foam is compact, creamy and persistent.
On the nose it is rich in tropical fruit, mango, pineapple and then grapefruit aromas. When it enters the mouth it leaves room for sensations of malt and caramel, which are soon replaced by the aromas of hops that confirm the sense of smell. In the end the palate is wrapped in a long but pleasant bitterness.
Its 65 IBUs can be a surprise, because they hide and play with the dextrinic body and the complexity of the malts, in search of balances all shifted upwards.
