Beer description
This XXX Mild is based on a recipe from Rose’s Brewery in Malton, North Yorkshire (1895), where each aspect has been faithfully adapted with modern ingredients. Using Chevallier malt as a base, alongside Crystal malt, and caramel. Hopped with Bramling Cross, Fuggles, and Hallertau Mittelfruh.
