Twigg Infra Red

Dark brown with ruby reflexes,thick,not too pretty,not very stable,beige head,some lacing. Aroma roasty,bready,a little chocolate,hints of prunes,a whiff of buckwheat honey,caramel. Taste smooth,thick, not sweet,roasty. Carbonation initally medium, later low to none. Bitterness medium, roasty,short and fitting.Aftertaste roasty,bready,slight chocolate, earthy. Not bad at all.
