Beer description
Poured a clear brown body with an off white head. Soft anise herbal aroma, reminiscent of eucalyptus, some caramel, light raisin note from the maltiness perhaps. Taste... fresh woody spicy taste, pepper, anise, light caramel, ending again peppery. Not the tastiest of spiced Christmas beers, but still an interesting brew.
