Wanted to make a session ale that defied the adage that a small ABV meant a weak, insipid watery beer. Well here it is, the old money meets a modern hopped-fuelled beer that has sweetness, fruit and mouth-feel. This delicious hoppy ale mixes four New World hops steadily into a pale malt base. A proper tasty session beer.
