Two Chefs Brewing - Fire Bird

Together with TWO CHEFS, Amsterdam.This experiment combines the forces of Kompaan and Two Chefs for a spring-like beer. We avoided hops on the hot side of the brew to enable sourness. Fresh basil is added in the whirlpool. After fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and yeast, strawberries are added for a fruity note. The result is a fired-up red beer with strawberry aroma and a refreshing sour finish, enhanced with experimental hop syrup for extra aroma.
