This is the first IPA of the New Zealand Single Hop IPA Series, a four-part project showcasing exclusive New Zealand hop varieties. This is a bright and mighty IPA, hopped with Motueka. This highly sought-after hop strain is a descendant of the noble Bohemian Saaz hop. Motueka is beloved for its unique flavor and notable aromas of fresh tropical lemons and limes, giving the beer a refreshing natural zest tinged with basil and rosemary.
