Two Cocks Brewery - 1643 Puritan

Clear dark black colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, light soy sauce. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt, roasted, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
