Paradise By The Dash Board Lights - A Doubly Blessed Cherry Porter. Yes, another variation of an Imperial Porter. This one was inspired by a Cherry Stout brewed by Fitger’s that they tasted at the Autumn Brew Review in St. Paul... although I now have no recollection of how it actually tasted. Paradise By The Dash Board Lights was brewed with brewery's "base" Imperial Porter recipe with the addition of 840 pounds of tart cherry puree. It has a nice tartness... and a nice level of cherry flavor. Everything changes after the yeast drops out, they filter the beer, and also once carbonated.
