Clear, copper, hifg off-white head. Bready and fruity aroma with notes of bark, cherries, nuts, dill. Taste is moderately bitter, neutral. Nuts and peels of walnuts, bark, berries and cherries, leaves, bread and bread crusts. Medium to fuller body, moderately carbonated. Well balanced, tasty.
