Beer description

This limited specialty convinces with intense flavors of chocolate, nougat, and roasted hazelnuts. Brewed with 30kg of hazelnuts per batch, the bock brings a velvety mouthfeel and a subtle sweetness. The noble combination of Viennese malt, melanoidin malt, and Carafa Type I gives it a deep brown color with ruby red reflections. The Perle hops provide a gentle, floral note that harmonizes perfectly with the nutty nuances.

Sehr angenehmes mundgefühl. Vollmundig. Weich. Schmeckt wärmend nach vollmilchschokolade und Nougat. Fast meine lieblingsvariante dieses Jahrgangs !

Gut macht, Schokolade und Haselnuss - wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden, obwohl er nicht komplett versteckt ist.

Läuft langsam Dick flüssig ins glas. Herrliche Schwarze Farbe. Schaumkrone hält sich leider nur kurzfristig. Schön stark schmeckt nach dunkler schokolade und haselnüssen.

Ein dunkler-brauner Bock mit gelbbraunen Schaum. Der ist etwas kurzlebiger. Malzig ist der Geruch mit dunklen Brot, Kaffee und Bitterschokolade. Im Geruch kommt die Haselnuss noc…
