Rotor - UFO

New England IPA is characterized by a stable haze caused by a large amount of oatmeal. In this beer, we also added wheat flakes and wheat malt for a light yellow colour. In the aroma, the unmistakable aromas of blackcurrant leaf, ripe peaches, banana and pine catch the eye. The taste is dominated by tropical fruits, gooseberry with a hint of banana and resin with a slight woody note, these flavours and aromas are imparted by Galaxy, Talus and Citra Cryo hops. The higher fullness induces a pleasantly smooth sensation after drinking. The beer used to be called Unidentifiable Flying Object.
