For this Italian stallion we merge French white wine soaked in French oak with aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops, coriander seed, fresh bergamot and grapefruit. It’s citrusy and sour but not too, capiche? Like a Roman emperors and spaghetti westerns, this beer is funny, sarcastic and inspirational. A grape ale that writes its own rules.
