This anarchic DIPA has a dissociative personality disorder: half grapefruit and papaya, half resinous and lemon peel. Brewed with Riwaka, one of New Zealand's rarest and most explosive hops. In addition to three different varieties of Cascade (US, NZ and cryo), Project Mayhem is a byproduct of our hop session.
