Little Bang - Uncommon Cloud

Meet Uncommon Cloud: A decidedly hoppy Saison. The Saison is a whimsical beer, due mainly to the whimsical nature of its barely-tame yeast strains. We've made this beer many times, and it always seems to do what it wants. Each new batch could be drier, sweeter, cloudier, crisper, flatter or fluffier than the last. This beer is our attempt to match the Saison's complex and fruity yeast characters with a complex blend of fruity new-world hops. It's always delicious but it's never predictable.
