Jester Chile - Uniciclo

Light in alcohol, juicy, full tropical and with a notoriously soft sensation on the palate that is typical of New England but unexpected in a beer with only 4.3% Alc. In aroma and flavor it is an explosion of tropical and citrus fruits, like gummy candies, with a very slight note of green chili at the end. Uniciclo is a single hop where we rotate and appreciate the result of the different varieties of hops and at the same time enjoying the journey. In this production we use Hallertau Blanc.
