Here is an atypical NEIPA as we wanted to obtain both a big aromatic on exotic fruits (Cascade Hops, Chinook & Summit) and a nice texture in the mouth thanks to rye, wheat and Vermont yeasts but we wanted to keep a big resinous bitterness as the backbone of the tasting.
