Upland - Banana Stand Teddy Bear Kisses 2022

Our previous Teddy Bear Kisses variants have all been created by adding specialty ingredients after fermentation and aging. With this batch, we wanted to try a different approach by letting the fermentation be the variation. We used the same malt bill and process that we use to begin every TBK brew, but fermented this batch with Hefeweizen yeast which leads to layers of banana and clove woven into the chocolatey roasted character of the malt.
