Upland - Barrel-aged English Barleywine

Barleywine is a beer style that is increasingly hard to find. Many of the available American examples are closer to malty versions of an Imperial IPA than to their richer, sweeter, English predecessors. This beer is a throwback to a version of barleywine that is focused on bringing out the richness and complexity of a spectrum of delicious malts delivered with a pleasant sweetness and warming dose of alcohol.
