Upland - Black Raspberry

Neither a blackberry or a raspberry, black raspberries are a unique species of the same family. Less tart, less sweet, more fruity with a distinct flavor as compared to its relatives, black raspberry was a wonderful choice for adding to our base blond sour Basis. Our local friends at Heartland Family Farms were kind enough to grow enough of their black raspberries for this beer, and we are happy to be sharing the result. Take a bottle down the B-line Trail, up the Monon Trail, or wherever great paths take you to share with fellow travelers
