Beer description
This beer derives its flavor from Belgian Saison yeast for a fruity, citrusy. slightly spicy character, it's then transferred to 2nd use whiskey barrels for a secondary fermentation on Brettanomyces Claussennii for an added layer of earthy pineapple funk.
