Upland - Cauldron

The nature of brewing inherently involves the combination of ingredients to create that final well balanced beer. Inside this vessel resides on part Malefactor, Epic Flanders-Style Red Ale, and one part Dantalion Dark Wild Ale. These beers were blended and aged on northern Michigan Montmorency cherries. The melding of these two beers creates a complex sour ale with notes of spices, charred oak and copious cherry fruit character. Blended to be enjoyed by the alchemist in all of us.
