Upland - Export Stout

Brewed in the style of Irish Export Stout this beer finishes fairly dry and thin, much like the really famous Irish export stout that everyone has heard of. Lots of fruity yeast esters as well as fruity barrel oxidization dominate the initial flavor, followed by multiple layers of caramel and roast. The dry hop additions of El Dorado and Citra add subtle tropical hop flavor. Alcohol is present but not hot or overpowering.
