Upland - Funk Land Country Shuffle

FUNK LAND COUNTRY SHUFFLE brings the funk in this collaboration with our good friends at Country Boy Brewing in Lexington, KY. This beer is a blend of two spontaneously fermented beers, Creek and Quarry, along with Basis. We aged the beer in barrels from Country Boy and added Balaton cherries, cocoa nibs and chocolate mint. You can expect aromas of dark cherries and mint with flavors of fruity funk and hints of chocolate.
