Beer description
Luminous hazy pale yellow. A tingling ginger aroma with a subtle fruitiness. Peach and ginger flavors dominate over a tart, effervescent base with a clean crisp finish.
Brewed with German pilsner and wheat malt. Soured in the kettle overnight with lactobacillus bacteria. Ginger steeped hot in the kettle. Fermented with peach puree.
