Upland - Hot pHuzz

Hot pHuzz is the 7th annual Bloomington, Indiana brewery collaboration. It features a complex blend of funk, Belgian character, mild heat & subtle sweetness. Belgian wort was aged on peppers & blended with sour blonde ale aged on peaches. It’s balanced and approachable, but also intriguing and layered. An array of different flavors meld together into one cohesive and delicious beer — much like five Bloomington breweries getting together to produce a single one-of-a-kind release. Hot pHuzz is brewed in collaboration with Switchyard Brewing, Bloomington Brewing, Function Brewing, & The Tap
