Beer description

Two of favorite ferments, together in one bottle. For Komplex, brewers went wild with experimentation. They landed on a blend of six-month-old and 12-month-old Basis—Lambic-style base beer—aged together for three months on whole raspberries, and then blended with kombucha made from oolong tea. The result? A low-ABV raspberry punch to the palate that finishes clean and crisp. Best enjoyed in a tulip glass next to your favorite burger.
