Upland - Proteus

This clean, crisp, balanced Kölsch was made using traditional methods with our friend Sebastian Sauer of Freigeist Brewery located Cologne, Germany where the style originated and is a nod to the German roots of the Vonnegut family. Light in malt character with subtle fruit and hop notes, this beer is pale to light gold in color with a crisp dry finish.
