Upland - Teddy Bear Besos

Inspired by Mexican Chocolate, we started with finished Bourbon Barrel TBK and layered in vanilla, Ceylon cinnamon, roasted ancho peppers and a very small dose of habanero peppers. Each flavor is subtle on its own to let the full complexity of the beer shine through, but the combination yields a sweet, savory, spicy experience unlike any other TBK variants to date. Aged for 4 weeks on cacao nibs. Aged for 6 months in a Moondrops Bourbon Barrels.
