Upland - Upcycle Dark Ale

For this beer, we utilized ingredients that are either being used a second time or that would usually be discarded at the end of brewing another beer. Everything but a small addition of English hops was reclaimed from previous production. The result is an unusual, but delicious combination of fruit and spice with a mild tartness, a hint of roast, and a deceivingly dark color.
