Beer description
A Wild Grand Cru brewed with 75 lbs of local fresh hops, from Ohio Valley Hop Farm in Maineville, OH, all Ohio malt from Haus Malts and Rustic Brew Farm, and fermented with the wild brettanomyces bruxellensis. Earthy and rustic yeast flavors compliment floral and perfume-y fresh hop notes. Savory, refreshing, and as from-the-earth as a beer can get.
