Urban Chestnut Brewing Company - Braggot

This braggot (a mead brewed with malted barley in addition to honey) was a collaboration with Michael Fairbrother, the founder of Moonlight Meadery. This braggot combines the malt flavors of a Russian Imperial Stout with orange blossom honey, resulting in a complex and harmonious brew which equally showcases roastiness (from the malt) and light citrus flavors (from the honey)
