Bière de Garde (beer which has been kept or lagered) is a traditional farmhouse beer from northern France brewed for consumption in the warmer months. We brewed this rich, malty, and lightly fruity beer for Brasserie by niche with the same idea to welcome the arrival of spring and its Biergarden/patio weather.
