The beer shows a pleasing full orange and an average foam crown. The smell is very hoppy, slightly spicy with a nice caramel note. The first sip is very reserved, the carbon dioxide keeps very covered. The Antrunk falls full-bodied and malted, a lot of caramel mixes with nuances of biscuits. The 5.9% is not directly perceived, which then speaks well for the master brewer, but the volume is decent. Really nice and tasty, this Hallertau festival beer Märzen. That means well-tuned from beginning to end - ensures a quick flow of drinking. The hop is already quite dominant with its spicy aromas, in the end it is suitably bitter. The finish is long, slightly sour.
