Beer description
It is an ale beer with a primary extract (EP) of 13 °P, an alcohol content of 6.0% and a slightly more even Bitterness Index (IBU) of 35. It is our first beer - an unpasteurized beer and an unfiltered, pale, copper blonde, with pleasant taste characteristics due to both the different malts and the bitter and aroma hops used.
