The beer is a dark purple-red with a pink head of fizzy foam that dissipates quickly. The aroma has notes of dark berry, bright lemon juice, and just a little bit of mint. Fruity, jammy acidity. Really pleasant sour taste throughout. Medium body and higher carbonation.
