Beer description

This beer has been nearly three years in the making, it’s one of the first batches ever brewed here and we’re thrilled to finally share it with you. In & Out of Focus is a Rye Saison aged in our Oak Foeder for two years during which it was slowly fermented with brettanomyces and lactobacillus. It was then emptied, blended and cellared for an additional year.
